| An old towering building, built in the early 60s and fashioned after British blocks of flats, to provide economical living for citizens with a lower income. Rather than a main door leading inside, the stairwells all lead to balcony's, both completely exposed to the elements, and each apartment has a front door.

| An amalgamation of bad construction and necessity, these tottering buildings create twists and turns and alleyway upon alleyway. Once a thriving community, filled with employee's transferred to Machina Industrie's new USA Labs, and generations later their families. Now it is all but abandoned, the buildings deemed unsound and in need of tearing down. Those who didn't leave were housed elsewhere in the city, and the only remaining residents are the rats.
